Lynch and Sons
Lynch and Sons: Handyman and Home Repair is a family-owned business in Oklahoma. When they first began their business, they reached out to me to create a logo for them. Something that represented the high-quality work they do and their values of family and hard work.
My Process
I personally spent some time with the owners getting to know them and their practice. I wanted to capture the family-oriented nature of the owners and create a logo that would be a legacy for them to pass down to their children. They requested that I incorporate the shape of a saw and carpenter's square within the logo, but gave me creative freedom to bring those elements together.
Final Design
The final design incorporates a carpenter's square holding a saw blade to form a tablesaw shape. This logo is simple and has a stable form representing the reliability and trustworthiness of the business.
